After sports commentator Nate Burleson stuffed America's collective stocking with an eyeful of bright red Christmas attire on Netflix's NFL *Christmas Day* livestream, cohost and former Atlanta Falcons quarterback Matt Ryan poked back.

Midway through the streamer's broadcast of the Dallas Cowboys and Washington Commanders matchup on Christmas Day, the cohosting trio (also including broadcaster Ian Eagle) summarized a few key points about the game after the presentation returned from an ad break.

Toward the end of the segment, Eagle took a friendly jab at Burleson for looking a bit too much like Santa Claus on the holiday edition.

"We should mention: Ian Eagle, Matt Ryan, Santa Nate, we're all here!" Eagle said, pointing to himself and his cohosts. "Look at this!"

Ryan told Burleson that he looked "good," gesturing toward the host's bright red, glittering suit adorned with a tuft of furry white trim around the neck.

"Shout out to my tailor, Andre' Julius. We got busy with this one. I'm delivering gifts a little later on!" Burleson added, before the comparatively modestly dressed Eagle quipped, "Can I get his number?"

Ryan then poked fun at Burleson's penchant for bold clothing, telling viewers, "I sit with it every week. Every week I see something new!"

Burleson clearly enjoyed the feedback on his suit, as he spent Thursday afternoon reposting several comments about his getup to his Instagram Story.
